Some other photos and videos taken during Perth Royal Show.
We stayed till 9 pm for the fireworks. Strange hur.. I dont usually like to watch fireworks cos the fireworks is always right in front of my living room if the national day is held in the National Stadium, so I grew up not to be fascinated by fireworks.
But I still took a video anyway..
While waiting for the fireworks to start, there was some car performance. Actually everybody was going "ooh.." "ahhh". I dont see anything exciting about a big car crushing several small cars... -_-

The fireworks in action! Similar to Singapore's one but the feeling is very different cos it was very cold and the fireworks did bring some warm to our hearts..
Didnt do much during last day cos it rained! I was kinda lucky, it didnt rain til the last day. It was really chilly. No mood to do any shopping too.
Went to Galleria at Morley, one of the big suburb shopping center
Spotted something cute when we were looking for a car park lot
They have a food court there with wide selection of food.. I ate at this stall cos I was kinda sick of kebabs, fish and chips and other western food. But then... it wasnt nice at all! you all should have seen their goh lo yeuk (sweet sour pork).. they have the worse goh lo yeuk I ever tasted yeeks~
Darren asked me to try driving. I havnt drove for more than 2 years! I hate slopes..

Mood hasnt been that good cos my skin is acting up recently. It was still quite good when I was in Perth and became bad to worse after I came back. It's those small colourless bumps and no matter what I do, mask or wat, they just wont go away. It's making me rather depressed. I dont know whether it's the threading that caused it, but I threaded my face before and it didnt happen.. Arggh.. I want my good skin back!
Darren told me that he will love me even if my whole face got pimples. -_- Thank kyu ar..
Very nice to hear but I DONT WANT my whole face to have pimples just to let him prove that he loves me.
I'm going on a porridge diet starting from TODAY!

Went to Karrinyap shopping center to find it closed. I thought there's some flea market there as I read it on some magazine. Luckily Darren didnt scold me or wat cos it was actually quite a distance away, I felt very guilty and for the first time, so blur that I didnt check my info out properly.
But we went pass sunset coast! beach again! There seems to be alot of beaches along that stretch until I cant remember their names. We saw alot of surfers.
I was shivering from the "cool "sea breeze and there they were, SURFING. abit siao i think but they looked quite handsome... from afar.
He wanted to go down to the main beach cos he thought it might be a nude beach. -_-
So cold.. who wants to go nude??
Decided to resize my Super 大头照 to a smaller one..
Didnt do much today, went Fremantle again to visit 2 shops I missed out. Bought a mug for Gerald with the quotation

ahem..he said that I should have kept the mug for myself.
Met up with Daphne and Kenneth for dinner at Conca's. Jon recommended this place to us when we passed by the cafe while driving. Daph & Ken has been there like so many times within this sem! Jon said that their chili mussels were great. I totally agree! It's a very good subsitute when you cant find chili crab. Even Darren, who really dislikes trying new food said it's nice. =D I'm trying to find chili mussels in Singapore. Anybody knows of any good place?

Sometimes I get very bored when he is driving.

Went to watch the Myth with Gerald yesterday. It was quite a refreshing and good story line and the Korean actress is really pretty. Love her skin! poreless! so smooth!..
Went to eat Carl's Junior after that. Gerald said that his friends said that they have damn good burgers..but I think after eating yesterday, I dont think I will be going back again. I only managed to finish 1/2 of the burger.
We looked like hungry ghosts.
Brought some Perth pictures for him to see and he said it was quite nice and taught me some photography tricks. I know he's trying to encourage me to take more pictures of other things more interesting than myself. I'm starting to love it as well..
Went to UWA to take some pictures. UWA is actually a very beautiful university. Alot of wedding couples like to take pictures there and we saw one pair in the morning as well. They have long limousines as bridal car. I only could take picture of part of the car though.
One thing I noticed about their pre wedding shoots which is rather different from bridal phototaking in Singapore. In Singapore, we normally see only about 4 people. Photographer, bride, groom and sometimes an assistant. Over there, their bridesmaid and bestmen follow them as well and they have a whole big gang of people for group pictures.. Is that the norm for Westerners? hm... But i think the pictures will definitely look better if your best friends are inside to share the joy with you. But IF your best friend is a Miss Universe or wat.. better dont call.. very stress ar like dat. hee hee
Went to Claremont for some shopping. didnt shoot anything or buy anything there cos some of the boutiques were super ex.. I was quite shocked at the price cos I didnt expect it to be so expensive. 499AUD for a top... arrrr
Swan River Brewery.
Spencer (my jc mate) first brought me to this place when I went over 2 years ago, he was studying there as well, same uni same hall with Darren. It was quite a nice place so I wanted to bring darren there too. Darren never been there... -_- ~
He looks a bit stunned.. dont noe why. hee hee We had some hot choc, coffee and muffins. They dont have cheeze cake. why!?!

Went to Cottesloe beach to catch the sunset.
This was the 3rd pair of couple we saw taking pictures on Saturday. They were all wearing very little. Arnt they cold?? They were standing on the beach and I saw the photographer trying to get a nice angle so that the sunset will actually cast a shadow on the 2 lovebirds on the sand and he was bouncing from side to side to position them, so cute. I bet he must be cold too.
It's kinda cold at the beach so we decided to stay in the car. This was taken at about 6pm. We started waiting at about 5.15 pm.. than I decided to give up cos we nearly fell asleep in the car.

he was still saying if I want, we can go see sunset the next day again.. I gave him the about-to-faint look. Sunsets is one of the 'S' words that dont fascinate me. I prefer......Shopping. Sightseeing is not bad too. =D

It was rather happening 2 years ago with many jude gals around, I remembered. Darren prefers to go to church cos many asians frequent there. Should have many 美女 and ano ne (japanese), that's what he and jon called them -_-. But on that faithful saturday night when we were expecting a crowd..there wasnt anybody there!! we even got some comfy seats at the side.. and began to play 終極密码.. -_- . My gawd. This game seems to haunt me whereever I go. Go sentosa, 终极密码, go australia, 終極密码.. everywhere 終極密码. haha next time somebody ask me to play zhong ji mi ma, i'm going to "zhong" his head. can we play 黑白猜 instead?
Tried some different drinks from Jon's recommendation too like cowboy and church's version of illusion. nice! =) The crowd started to come in about 1am but it took quite a while for them to get to the dance floor. hahah we were quite paiseh too..

Woke up very early in the morning, as I slept very early yesterday. Another 3 more days I will be returning to Singapore. Time really flies when you are having fun.
Really love the weather here now, face is darn smooth and it doesnt get oily at all. Pile on more moisturizer will do the trick. heehee Now I know why xin likes Perth. I'm starting to love the weather as well. Okay, only the weather, the shopping is still....
Took loads of pictures since I arrived. Think my previous visit to Perth, I didnt take much pictures, dont know why.. maybe I havnt started blogging yet.. that's why. But I find taking pictures really help me to remember the things I have done during the day. I would have forgotten where I have been to if not for those pictures.
Yeah.. My memory is THAT bad.
Thanks to his friend, Jon, we managed to visit places that I have never been to. Darren is not really very fond of shopping and although he is already here for 3 years, he doesnt really know good shopping places or interesting eateries or restaurants. This time, his friends gave a lot of suggestions where he could bring me.
I realized I have changed too. During our first trip 2 years ago, I was somebody that got really frustrated cos I didnt know the way around and he didnt too. I got really gan cheong behind the wheel cos he would ask me to turn right or left last minute or do parallel parking....And being a very NOT ZAI driver, I often panicked and that is when the quarreling started to come in. This time, he is behind the wheel.
Taking a step backward and letting the guys do everything is good after all.
I feel very pampered.

Had a very tiring day today.... Was feeling a little sick even before I board the plane. I think it must be the wool jacket that I wore. I realised I didnt give it a wash.. Eeeksssss! It must have tickled my nose so badly that I kept sneezing and sneezing even before I board the plane.
I had some good shopping at Changi Airport. Spent about 400 dollars even before I depart at this place.
Yeah, helped mum to get some SKII creams and colleague some gloss. Got myself a mascara, gloss and origins face mask. =D The prices are actually cheaper over there then in town. It is about 10% cheaper..I bought those stuff and left it with them cos they have this service of only collecting your purchases when you come back from trip. Wonderful service I must say.. I am now guarding the collection slip like it's made of gold. Yeah.. that paper is worth 400 bucks now man..
Although it wasnt a good start to my trip as I was a little sick, I still look very happy as I'm really looking forward to meet Darren.
My first time taking Valuair wasnt that bad. Darren told me if I am bored, I could actually rent their in-flight entertainment at 8 bucks. But when I enquired from the stewardess, i was told that it was discontinued until further notice. argghh..
The food was quite alright and the stewardess was rather friendly too. I was observing the way they tied up their fringe. haha. It looks really nice. I think after observing for about 5 hours, I think I got it. haha
This is my first time too to hear the air stewardess sing live. Frankly speaking, it's really pretty good.
