Keen in Baking?
Let's Go Bananazz!
Will be going for this course in 10th October, Tuesday after work to learn how to bake
American Banana Apple Quick Bread,
Japanese Moist Banana Chocolate Brownie,
Baked Banana Pudding
Although not a hands-on session and erhem quite expensive as well, Mrs Hosoi always share alot of valuable cooking tips with us.
Sometimes, she will allow us to knead the dough or feel the texture.
And after the lessons, you can just eat whatever you have learnt and even bring some back if there are leftovers. =)

Alternatively, you can learn baking at a Marine Parade Class which i may attend next time cos it's totally handson!
A colleague of mine went to learn with his girlfriend previously (so sweet...keke)and I heard quite good reviews about it.

Never tried their baking classes so can't comment much yet but since one of the outlets is very near my house, i will try it sometime. =D
