Mum back from Taiwan!!
At last mum is back from her Taiwan holidays! Just missed her around the house hee hee. Oh! and she brought me many gifts too! Cute handphone straps, bags (and they cost 5 dollars each only!?!?) and earrings! All of a sudden, I have 3 new bags. 2 bought from the nite markets for taiwan and one complimentary from SKII. Seems like most of my bags are free gifts from cosmetic companies hee hee.Mum bought tidbits back too. Famous delicacies from Taiwan and that includes pineapple tarts and some dried fish strips.I bet it must be a nice trip for her after all. I want to go too! There seems to be so much things to buy!
Went to batam today and tommorrow will be my last day of work at Epson. Planing to treat them some pandan cakes and nonya kueh for tea-break to thank them for their help in making my 3 years there enjoyable while the work is so boring. haha :). Very tired today, but dont feel like sleeping early..Cant' wait till tommorrow to begin my 12 days of rest at home hee

Sunday lo!
Went to combat early in the morning. Feels great to wake up on a Sunday morning! Today's mixture of songs were nice with "Sorry seems to be hardest word" as our Cool-down song.Arms a bit achey now.. hee. Went shopping after combat. eh.. Maybe not shopping.. considered as "Grab and Go". Best friend Linda recommended me some SKII products the other day and.. you guessed it! I bought them wahhaha! Guess how much I spent. Think my dad wont want to know. He will scream! Anyway, my mum can also use so.. hey hey kill two birds with one stone(really finding excuses for myself). Astor sent me some pics that he took yesterday at the ktv.Way much better than mine! The Samsung personal Gals are below. A little small but.. make do!! haha From left: fen_fen,pep,CBGKQl,shirley,jes_low and Me! We had an enjoyable time. what shall we organize next? BBQ? cycling? (nah.. I cant cycle :P)How about a photo session? hahah.

Had fun today!!
KTV was fun!! havnt sing in such a big group for quite some time. Many cameras were clicking away, but not at me lah.. hahahha Didnt take much pics, my cam a little lousy and cant really take very clear pictures. Most turn out to be blur and dark. Tried to use photoshop to brighten things a little, but effect not obvious :( hope they will send me some nice clear pictures. Think will post the pictures after I come back from gym tommorrow. now too tired lo.. hee :)

KTV today!
Finally It's saturday! Looking real forward to sing ktv today. Havnt sing in ages.. But a little sore throat today! Never mind, will have fun! Dont know why I woke up so early today haha. I had a dream just now. Dreamt that I was late on my first day of work!! hahah And very clearly... spoke Japanese to my new boss explaining why I was late.. wahhaha.. so tired. Dream about work, sigh. hee.

Didnt go to work today!
Was on MC today. Not feeling very well this morning. Very bloated and pain in the stomach. So slept for the whole afternoon. hahah Didnt post at this blog for 2 days liao. Nothing to post and quite busy with editing some of my pictures using photoshop. Got the black and white yesterday from Fei Fei at Chinatown area. I really liked some of them. Maybe will scan some of my favourites and post here hee, share with everybody.
I saw a damn cute guy today!!! excited!! (siao ah this lady).. actually saw him on tv. Qiu Ze, on a taiwan drama on SCV. Didnt used to think that he is cute, didnt really take note of him at all. The drama was titled Yuan Wei De Xia Tian, which is (Pure Summer).I dont know where is the drama shot, but the beaches were woh... NICE! Drama detail (in chinese) Would wish to go there sometime. I like the beach, the seas alot. I think I have a soft spot for sunny beach boys. Dont know why.. ahhha
Tommorrow Friday lo!! hohoho! On Saturday, Linda will come my house to look at some pictures hee hee. And there's KTV too. yeah! Can sing to my hearts content!! Cant's wait

It's getting real boring at work
Counting down to 5 more days and my 12 days of holiday will start. yoohoo! Have to brush up on my Japanese, havnt been speaking or writing for quite some time. My current job really make your mind stale.. Hope my new job wont:) The weather is getting cooler.. at least at my place here hee.Mum went to Taiwan for holiday,hope she is enjoying right now in some onsen..Tommorrow will be meeting YM and LS to get the black and white pictures we took last Saturday. Keeping fingers crossed..I dont expect that it will turn out like professional pictures but just presentable will do.I look very old meh? people like bsastor or panda, both my good chat buddies call me auntie or whatever, i dont mind.I know they are joking and I'm pretty easy about it.I dont like arrogant people who thinks he knows everything in the world but nothing about me commenting about ME.

Pictures Ready!!
Woke up quite early today. Will be meeting YM to get the cd-rom of pictures we took yesterday!! Excited! Offered to meet him at Bethesda Church at Bedok North.. End up went to the wrong church.. Because along the same stretch of road, within 5 minutes of driving distance, is another Bethesda Church with different name. I admit that I am a blur sotong hee :)
The photos turn out not bad!! really nice angles and very clear. Will develop some of them for keepsake :)It is really another piece of memory that I can keep until when I grow old, I can remember "yesterday once more" hahaha. Went to many places today. Facial and hair cut. Cut away 2 cm of my hair...Not really used to it when i stroke and comb my hair.Feel that it should be longer hee..

Sunburnt!
Had a fun day today! Went phototaking with YM and LS.The result=GREAT pics plus a little sunburnt on the shoulders hee.. I'm really alright. Because the outing was really great! We went to many places to take like Tanjong Pagar area, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. Lastly Durian of Singapore-Esplanade. The weather was a little hot (think was very hot) hahah was so sticky by the end of the day.. Longed for a nice cold shower..but it was worth it! Pictures will be out very soon.. hoho cant wait to see them :)Just hope and pray that the Black and White will turn out...*praying very very hard*
These pictures below are taken yesterday during the farewell dinner at Waraku. Everybody had a hearty dinner and Really have to thank them for giving us a treat.. sob sob so touched! Got one strange uncle photo hee hee..

Went for farewell dinner party today.Had an enjoyable time at Waraku! Will post the pics up tommorow.Today too tired to do photoshop... YEAH~ new photos to post~ One anonymous person said he/she will report me to blogger for blocking their ad. HELLO!?!? did you know that thousands of skins in BLOGSKINS are ad-free that blocks out the ad? IF it is NOT allowed by BLOGGER. Blogger should penalize those authors doing it ok. Of course, I can gladly remove that ad blocking thing if Blogger wants me to remove it. Enough said~ spoil my mood :(

I am an emotional person. Although looking really forward to my new workplace, I still have some uncertainties...Worry about not getting along with the colleagues there. Worried that they wont like me. I think I really need to learn another way of communication. In an all-guys department now, I am really used to speaking freely, laughing openly and suaning people out-rightly. I dont think I talk like a girl should. Will have to tone down on that in my new job then. Supposed to go to Hair Art Cinderella today. But plan change, think will go on Sunday. This week really a busy week for me..Anyway, another 2 days more will be weekend. Looking forward :) no pics no pics, weekday no time to take pics..

Tired day today. Woke up at 4 plus today. Awakened by the heat. Think this is the season when I REALLY look forward into going for work. Can have aircon for the whole day... Will be having a lot of activities coming up.Going for Farewell dinner with colleagues at Waraku Restaurant this Friday. Saturday going phototaking. Next Sat is Ktv with Samsung friends. Never had such packed weekends! wahahahha.How am I going to sleep early with the heat like that?!?!? sigh....

Amazing,Amazing...
Went to my weekly regime of body combat today..Fun!! Meech played my favorite Body combat track. Dont ask me, I dont know the title. Kinda tired, but still went Heeren for some shopping to see if I can fish out any good stuff.Saw something that caught my eye.
How does it work... hmm..As it's name suggest, it is supposed to protect your manicure.DUR..Really useful!! I tried it today and it really did protect my nail polish from hitting any surfaces to a certain extent. Cost about 18 bucks, bought at Basic Beauty(Heeren).When I first look at this product, I was thinking.."This is a real easy and useful invention.. Why didnt I think of it!?!?" Yeah right. If I can come up with such useful tools, I wont be sitting here now..:)Tommorrow Monday lo.. Another 2 weeks more, will leave this job.Think will miss the colleagues there.

Went out with my mum today to do some shopping and have lunch. We had lunch at Ma Maison at Bugis Junction. It is a Japanese Western food restaurant. They have nice food but maybe few people know about it as it's entrance is hidden in a corner. Actually, Chen Ren Zha Zi once aired and recommend that restaurant, that was how I got to know.. :)Tried something new today, their chef's recommendation Beef hamburger steak... Not too bad,quite oishii.Mum also love their fillets.hee.. There are a few new shops at Edge, Bugis. I found one accessory shop selling earings and sorts. Dont know why, recently I have a urge to buy all kinds of earrings to go with my dressing. Didnt use to do that. Today bougt 3 pairs of earrings hahahah! One pair even cost me about 30 bucks! But I really love that one,it's imported from Japan and it is really unique!
Took some photos of myself today after I dolled myself up before I go out... hee..

Friday Friday, TGIF!!
A colleague of mine who loves photography suggested to help me take some outdoor protraits next Saturday. yeah!! I havnt done photo shooting for quite some time and really look forward to it. He will help me take black and white while his friend will help me take colour pics :) hee. Will have a lot of pictures to post at my blog here in time to come.Guess it will be a whole day event like meeting at 7 am etc. (sigh.. tired also have to wake up)until evening time for some evening shots. Places to go... hmmm.. I suggested shop houses at maxwell road area as I like the vibrant colours with a hint of history in them. Hohoo!!Than maybe after that look for some indoor place or places with some shade like Marina to take pictures after lunch. Evening will be Esplanade!! Think it will be a wonderful experience! What shall I wear...? Should start planning soon!
Today receive another free gift from Singnet.Really made it worthwhile to sign up with them for 2 solid years. Tangs voucher and my thumbdrive!! this really comes at the right time. I will need to transfer some of the files from my office to home (of course not CONFIDENTIAL ones lah..)hee.Just normal photos.Tommorow will go collect the FREE DVD player Singnet has given me. Since they gave me so many free gifts hahah, will mention them a few more times in my blog :P

My farewell gift!!
Today, my colleagues gave me my farewell gift. hee hee, it is what I have wanted because they asked me previously what item I want. So, i said I wanted Tang vouchers and hey I got them! We went to Tangs today to get my gift and another colleague's gift as well :).Saw the Zire 72 at Tangs today.It has a nice bright blue colour and with a 1.2 megapixel camera as well. Very tempted to get it, it's in my wish list.. hee Unless my new job requires it, I dont think I will spend 572 bucks on that.
Sianz... called many agencies and checked on the internet...Silk Air to Langkawi is fully booked in the 1st 2 weeks of June. OK, I know, I should have booked earlier but I didnt know that it is THAT hot !Asked the agency to block 2 tickets on MAS instead. MAS costs more..For that price, I can go 3 days 2 nights to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific lo... Still go Malaysia. Hee.But it will be a different kind of experience. I want to laze in the sun, enjoy massages, body scrubs.. hahah
Got my Samsung DVD Voucherfrom Singnet today!! Will go and claim the DVD this weekend.Sign up broadband got dvd player, thumbdrive. good deal hor.. hee

Over the weekend, I went to OG, saw some people performing outside. They are from a-square talents (http://www.a-squaretalents.com) It's actually a place for those star wannabes to learn all facades of performance like singing, dancing etc. me signed up for a free seminar for next Saturday at their school. Hey! Not as if I still harbor any thoughts on becoming the next Sun Yan Zi.. OH PLEASE~~ I'm old and mature enough to know THAT is Impossible. Hahaha.. I just want to make more friends and to tune up my singing skills. I havnt been practising since I left Uni. Think this is a good chance to start again. I'm still considering about it cos the fees are a little steep, and shirlaine is a bit scared that people might say "Auntie aredi, still want to become star?!?!" hahah.. hope they wont look at me that way, as I'm not looking for exposure. Just practice:)and guess whom I saw? A very familiar face that I will always see whenever I go to Batam. She's one of Penguin ferry's ticketing staff. She didn't perform on that day but her picture is at their webby.

Just finished my body combat classes at California fitness. I have been a real piggy. From 2 times a week to now once a week event... arggh.. weekends are too short! Have so much things to do(okie.. finding excuses for myself again)Think my membership will auto renew itself in October this year. Dont think I am going to continue with the same kind of membership since I only visit once a week. Maybe will just use the free passes UOB has provided for CFC and also planet Fitness. Hey hey :) another way to save $$
Sian today.. Just received a phone call from Australia. My b sprained his legs.. poor thing. So worried. Have to depend on crutches now to walk. DOnt know how he is going to get to school. It's quite a distance away with all the stairs... Cant' be there for him.. so sian but having frens is real important. He has many good pals and I am really grateful for them that they are with him so I wont have to worry too much. But what was ridiculous about this whole thing was the A&E part. They reached the A&E at about 2 pm, got registered at about 4 and only finished the consultation and X ray at about 7 plus. IS that really Accident and Emergency.. haha.. Lucky for him that his sprain isn't a big deal.. guess those who suffer from serious injuries might have died waiting. Did a DIY foot scrub today using the Thann's corn cob's scrub I've bought yesterday. Will try it again this week and comment on the effect. Anyway, it has a nice lime fragrance! Simply love it!

Shop and Dine
Went to my favourite Jap restaurant with my mum to give her a treat. Sento, now renamed as Waraku Restaurant at Starhub center. It is part of the Sento group and for those who have been following my blog, i frequent Hair Art Cinderella at Delphi Orchard which is part of the group too opened by some Japanese. They not only have value-for money food, it is top service standard as well. I ordered a beef-rice-udon set with chawan mushi today. (I have a great appetite!!) When the food came out, i just cant wait to eat their chawan mushi which is fingers smacking good (It's not KFC, i know). Okie, the chawan mushi was a bit more of a watery than the usual but i guess, hey, it's cooked already and I didnt intend to complain to the chef about the watery chawan mushi. Guess what, their waitress pass by our table, took a look at the chawan mushi that i was gobbling down, apologized and tell me they will get me another one! I didnt even intent to complain! this ought to be the way to train all staff in restaurants I think, to get them to take note of customer's food and dont wait till the customer complain to get a change.. GOOD JOB DONE!!

After eating, next comes shopping!! I think everybody must be bored reading my blog talking about shopping almost every weekend. hee, i like to spread my happiness and of course my loot to everybody haha. Went to OG at orchard point. OG used to give me an impression of "auntie's haven" wahahahh, but woh... I was wrong about this one. There is this corner of nail art stickers that caught my attention. They are offeing express manicures at $9.90!!. And if you buy the stickers, the nail techicians will stick them on your nails for free. Plus fake nail extensions might cost you about 20 bucks only. I am going to try this sometime. I got this sweet one piece tube dress from f.w.s. inside OG. I like it alot!! Besides that, got a body scrub that cost about 60 bucks from a new brand from Thailand (Thann and Harnn). I have a link at the side too. It is 2 separate lines of products I think and it's use for DIY home spa. You know how I love body scrubs and body mask. Love pampering myself.. hee of course I would enjoy a therapist to do it for me, but.. spa can be quite expensive in Singapore..Going to Langkawi in June I think.. Will DEFINITELY go to a spa there hohoho! Than got the earrings as well.. are they nice? real girl like.. hee. :)

Change my layout!!
oh.. tired of previous blog design and decided to change the layout a little. Got this skin from blog skins I think. But made some changes and replaced the picture with my photo wahahhah.. Maybe will add something to the backgrd. Feeling better already, voice back, less coughing during the day. Really dont understand why the coughing always starts when I'm about to lie on the bed to sleep sigh.. but at least I dont cough during the day. so it should be getting better lo. I bought the sally Hansen nail strengthener today! It claims that your nails will grow by 30% within 5 days (dont know true anot).
Ok, tommorrw, what shall I do tommorrow? gym? shopping?..ya, i need to go and pay bills. maybe do some shopping also. :) see what I can buy tommorrow.

Just finished Yoga and dinner, quite tired today. Tommorrow's friday again and should start planning my weekend. I think I've more or less decided to go to Langkawi, will find more about the free and easy packages over the weekends. anybody who have information on it can email to me oso thanks!Will love a massage and some body scrubs and just laze on the beach. Think I need to get some more office wear. Going to change from a lifestyle of jeans and T-shirts to more of a blouse, skirts and an occasional suit..have to look professional :)
This is an interesting one.. haha.. maybe sometimes, work should be done in this way.. hey hey

Signed my appointment letter today! ho! finally it's confirmed! Will tender in a few days time. I will have ample time to rest before I start on my new job. Thinking of going on a short trip to relax... Tioman, Redang or ?? Not decided yet. Really looking forward to my new job too. I guess it will be more interesting with new challenges and exposure. Going to change this layout to another skin. Getting tired of the design...

No work today as it's off for the Labour day on Saturday. Cough is getting bad so went to see a doctor this morning.. but he said was not too bad. But i was coughing like siao sometimes near to vomit.. will drink more water. Helped my mum paint her nails this morning.. hee.. wanted to try to become a nail technician after going for a few manicures *gey kiang*. haha. I helped her file, and painThe result is stilll.. hmmm.. not too bad just a little uneven. :p
Will try harder tommorrow. Not as if I will go and open a nail bar, but i think it's fun helping people(mum or frens) and make them beautiful. Ok. Tommorrow will have to wake up early again to go to work! This will end in no time~

Back from gym...on the way back by MRT, i saw a poor little boy vomited in the MRT.But what surprised me was his parents. They had newpapers on hand, but instead of letting thier boy vomit onto the newspapers, they quickly pushed the newspaper away (to protect the newspapers) and let him vomit on the seat of the Mrt..dur~ they did not attempt to clean it up with tissues or their newspapers..instead.. took another seat and ignore the mess they created. I know the little boy is unwell.. but still, you could have tried to clear up the mess as it isnt that bad, and it is an enclosed space.. it will be more considerate to other passengers if that boy had vomited on the newspaper.. instead they purposely pushed it away.(i know dat is today's newspapers, but so what?)
Anyway, talk about something lighter on the mood..finished creating the pictures for the bash. We took the pictures in the ladies. Me, pep,fiona and michelle. We had a fun night except that the next day, I lost my voice ahha. okie that's all...

shucks~ I thought I will feel better today. Instead, i developed a cough... anyway, will go to gym and do body combat later. My favourite teacher Meech is back at California Fitness.She's great you know, motivates you, push you to do combat without stopping to burn all those calories away. But sometimes she has other things on, she will have to miss the lessons.. (and these are the times that i get lazy..hahah)
Will post the bash's pictures I've been working on when I come back. It's getting real hot here~

Friday I had a husky voice aredi.. today I can barely be heard. Must be the dry weather and the 4 days training in batam that took my voice away.. sob sob sob.. and today is Labour day! no doctor!! arghghgh..Posted a new pic of mercedes at samsung and working on the others.. Feel like going to the gym later but... on 2nd thoughts... getting lazy again!?!?.. oh no, there is nobody to push me, dat's why i have been lazing all these weeks.. sigh..
