Just finished yoga and my dinner... I missed the last lesson cos wasnt feeling too well.Cant quite catch up but anyway still quite fun. Today we learnt wall stretch and wall squat. These stretching excercises are good for your back muscles and posture. Hope I will rem to do them everyday. It is supposed to be able to improve your sitting and also walking posture if you do them daily. hee hee will I? hmm..
Hoho~ saw this home-made scrub on SCV a few days back on a taiwan program. I tried it today!! effects wonderfull! A really cheap and good scrub that is easy to create.
Ingredients and method :
1. Left over coffee grains
2. Shower Gel
3. Olive Oil (optional)
Stir well into a paste and voila~! you get your coffee scrub. I tried it on my hands today. The coffee grains exfoliate the skin and olive oil moisturises them with a nice aroma of coffee BUT~ but i think it is not supposed to be used on the face~ it is a body scrub. People with sensitive skin should just try on small areas first like hands or feet before using it on the whole body. Try it ~
