Went for a manicure today for the first time. Decided to try this nail arts by serene at the shaw tower. It is kinda cosy with nice ambience.
The manucurist chris, started to apply something onto my cuticles to soften them and then gently cut them off. It is followed by buffing and massaging of the hands and lower arms.. Although the massage lasted for only 5 minutes. It's kinda relaxing~ :) I chose a brownish nude colour as i want to look au naturel~ and not too loud. She cut my fingernails quite shortly as some of them had broken and it will look real odd to have some long and some short.
When my nails grow longer, i will go back for a french manicure. Really feels good to prim up your nails once in a while. makes u feel more confident hee.
